I want you to love your new artwork. Refunds are not offered except in the very rare case that your piece is damaged during transit. If this happens, please get in touch within 5 business days of receiving your order so we can make it right. I’ll just need a few clear photos of the damage emailed through to start the process.

Because each commission is created especially for you, custom or personalised works can’t be returned. If you’re unsure about any details before ordering, I’m always happy to chat and answer questions.

Please note, sale items are final and cannot be returned.

All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Original pieces can be insured for shipping at the buyer’s request. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email or text with your tracking number so you can follow its journey via the courier’s website.

Please allow 2–4 weeks for Katie to prepare your painting before it is shipped.
